Foreman Building Commissioning, LP is an approved Professional Commissioning Provider for the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA).

FBC has already completed two projects in Massachusetts with Howe-Manning Elementary School and John R. Briggs Elementary School.

The current project list:

Longmeadow HS – Longmeadow Public Schools: Construction of a new academic High School for 1,000 students, grades 9-12, built on the site of the existing high school. A portion of the existing High School (1971 building) that contains such spaces as a natatorium and District Offices is being retained and renovated by the Town of Longmeadow. The new building will be 184,365 square feet.

East Somerville Community School – Somerville Public Schools: Renovation and additions to the East Somerville Community School. The completed project will be a 121,100 square foot school for 500 students, grades Kindergarten through 8th grade.

East Bridgewater Jr/Sr High School – East Bridgewater Public School District: Construction of a new 213,584 square foot Junior/Senior High School for 960 students, grades 7th through 12th. The new school will be built on the site of the existing High School.

Forest Park Middle School – Springfield Public Schools: Renovation of the exiting 140,000 square feet Middle School and an addition of 8,800 square feet of new constriction to serve 660 students, grades 6th through 8th.

Hingham Middle School – Hingham Public Schools: Construction of a new 65,390 square foot Elementary School for 355 students, grades 4th through 5th. The new school will be built on the site of the existing school.

Field Elementary School – Weston Public School District: Construction of a new 176,385 square foot Middle School for 1,020 students, grades 6th through 8th. The new school will be built on the site of the exiting school under the MSBA Model School Program.
