| | Each year Foreman Architects Engineers awards two $1000 scholarships to eligible students enrolled in the third year of Penn State's five-year Bachelor of Architecture program. The scholarship is to be applied to tuition for the winners' fourth year study abroad semester.
This years winners were Nathaniel Rice and Michael Elsman for their excelent design solutions for the Relocation of the Barnes Foundation in Phillidelphia, PA. Both students' projects represented exceptional solutions, beautiful presentations, strong concepts, and a high level of detail.
